ITNM Backup Services give customers the ability to backup the data in their hosted environment. Customers can elect a daily or weekly backup schedule. All backups are full then Incremental backup are done daily to increase backup reliability. Additional backup options are available. ITNM employs a sophisticated backup system. ITNM employs a staff of IT professionals to monitor and maintain the backup system.

Backups are considered a best-effort delivery service. Several variables are involved in backup integrity including media condition, network connection, backup agent performance and third-party software installed on the managed environment. ITNM cannot 100% guarantee data integrity of the backups for unsupported or proprietary applications. ITNM makes every effort to insure good backups.

Backups of proprietary and locking file structures such as databases often require a special software agent installed on your server(s). Backups are a best-effort solution.

Customer requested restoration billed one-time per incident plus per GB of data restored.
