ITNM operates on a fee-for-service model. Billing rates for ITNM services are calculated based on a flat hourly service rate or estimated costs by projected and are available.

You will be billed directly by the technician, well suited for budget minded companies needing IT management. Rates may be adjusted in the interim, based on changes in cost or usage.

ITNM receives very little General Fund appropriations. Because of its business model, ITNM is managed more like a commercial association but without the profit motive.
